The "TxF300-75" serves as a DTF (direct-to-film) printer, capable of producing DTF print transfer sheets with a maximum printing width of 80 cm. Its accompanying "PHT50" heat transfer pigment ink, comprising five colours (CMYK and white), has obtained ECO PASSPORT certification, a crucial requirement for meeting the international safety standard for textile products known as “OEKO-TEX®”.
Compared to the traditional "TxF150-75," the "TxF300-75" offers equivalent safety and stability features while boosting productivity by approximately 300%.
What is DTF?
DTF is a printing technique where printing occurs directly onto DTF film. This film is then coated with hot-melt powder, which is subsequently heated and dried to create a transferable ink layer. This ink layer is then heat-pressed and transferred onto fabric, such as a T-shirt.
1. Increased productivity to approx. 300% (compared to existing product)
Lineup of two models in series with dierent productivity
Pro-model and Entry-model - 2 models are available for customers to choose according to the productivity and investment amount. *Print condition:H 280 mm x W 360 mm print graphics are printed on W 800 mm DTF film side by side.
2. Eliminates "ink ejection defects" and "white ink clogging" to realize stable operation.
The printer features Mimaki's NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) technologies that support stable operation. In the event of nozzle problems, printing can be resumed without waiting for service personnel for the repair, allowing production to continue. In addition, the MCTv2 (Mimaki Circulation Technology) function effectively suppresses pigment precipitation by periodically circulating white ink to prevent such problems as "white ink clogging," while the aluminum pack design for ink packaging and degassed ink design prevent "ink ejection defects" to realize stable printing.
- Eco-friendly cartridge ink with aluminum pack design
- NCU & NRS automatically detect missing nozzles to minimize downtime.
- MCT (Mimaki Circulation Technology), a white ink circulation system for stable printing
3. ECO PASSPORT certified ink to ensure customer safety and security
All the ink colors have acquired ECO PASSPORT certification, which is required to obtain OEKO-TEX®, an international safety standard that guarantees the safety of textile products. It reduces environmental impact and is also friendly to the customer's work environment.
