A backlit textile material produced to the highest ecological standards by substantially reducing water use in the polyester production process. Kavalan Moonlight River is manufactured by eliminating the dyeing stage and washing process, thereby reducing the overall freshwater usage by 81 litres per SQM or 67% . Moonlight River is top coated for use with UV & latex inks, certified fire tested to DIN4102-B1, En13501-1 & NFPA701. Moonlight River meets stringent environmental standards being REACH and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approved. This material is a great choice for backlit applications in retail, event and exhibition graphics where further ecological requirements are necessary.
