Designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility, these industrial unwinders and rewinders handle paper rolls weighing up to 500 kg and measuring up to 3,300mm in width. As standalone units, they integrate seamlessly with printing, cutting, and converting machines, ensuring smooth material handling throughout the production process.
The Model4 Unwinder/Rewinder is fully customizable to meet specific production requirements. Roll weight capacity, roll diameter, and roll length can be configured, with support for rolls up to 5.2 meters long, allowing customers to obtain a solution tailored to their operational needs.
These versatile systems can be installed either before or after cutting, printing, or combined processing lines, providing exceptional production flexibility. A single unit can function as either an unwinder or rewinder, adapting to changing manufacturing demands and reducing equipment investment costs.
For precise tension control and consistent winding quality, the system features optical sensors that continuously monitor the position of the tensioning arm. Based on sensor feedback, the machine automatically controls clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the rewinding roll, ensuring optimal material tension and reliable performance throughout the production cycle.
