EFI H1625-SD Flatbed/Roll-fed UV Printer

For the easiest route into direct print thermoforming production the EFI H1625-SD prints four colours (CMYK) plus two channels of white and a stunning eight levels of greyscale for fine quality variable droplets. It also features the latest UV EFI SuperDraw inks with elongation characteristics for printing directly onto formable substrates. With a maximum width of 1.6m this innovative wide-format printer outputs direct to substrates that can be up to 50mm in thickness.

The EFI SuperDraw inks have unparalleled adhesion on various plastics, including acrylic, PETG, polycarbonate, polystyrene, PVC, and more. In addition, this unique ink set is super resistant to heat forming and stringent finishing such as die-cutting / routing and sawing – with no chipping, cracking or loss of adhesion.
