The JFX200-2531 and Kongsberg X24 Starter allows Selectequip to bring jobs in-house as demand increases
Selectequip is the leading online manufacturer of signage and an integral supplier of rail, lighting and welfare products. Having recently refurbished their Wakefield sign company, they have subsequently been shortlisted for a best small business award. The new showroom-type environment allows business clients to view their capabilities in a comfortable surrounding while also allowing them to hold their own meetings in the new 16-seater boardroom. With strong growth over the last 18 months, Selectequip’s investment in a Mimaki JFX200-2531 and Kongsberg X24 Starter, purchased from CMYUK, has allowed them to keep up with increasing demand.

Selectequip also purchased iCUT Suite software, that makes adding cut lines and bleed easy. Another purchase from CMYUK was the ArtiosCAD software, giving their designers access to a massive array of re-scalable Point of Sale display stands and packaging designs for creating their own shipping containers.

The JFX200-2531 benefits from leveraging innovative LED UV curing technologies and highly productive print speeds up to 252/h and 12.5m2/h with simultaneous white ink printing. With a working area of 1680mm x 3200mm, the Kongsberg X24 Starter is perfect for a wide range of signage materials. The air-cooled milling bit assures edge quality during high-speed milling of acrylics and other synthetics. These have allowed Selectequip to bring jobs that would have previously been sent to other companies, in-house.
