CMYUK strengthens its team with a new Senior Demonstrator appointment
CMYUK is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hilton as a Senior Demonstrator at its Shrewsbury-based training and demonstration centre. Paul brings a strong foundation of expertise from Ricoh, where he spent the last two decades in a range of technical and customer facing roles.
In 2016, Paul became an Operator Demonstrator for one of Ricoh’s first wide format printers. Following a successful product launch, he was promoted to Lead Operator and Demonstrator for all new wide format equipment, collaborating closely with Ricoh Europe. In 2022, recognising his technical expertise and ability to engage with customers, Ricoh UK invited Paul to join its dedicated Wide Format Team. There, he led live demonstrations, sample design and production training, and provided after- sales support, earning a strong reputation for his knowledge and strong customer relationship building skills.
At CMYUK, Paul will work alongside Harry Norton, a well-respected figure within the business and beyond. His appointment will expand the company's in-house demonstration and training capacity in response to growing customer demand and CMYUK’s continued growth trajectory.
