We’ve always seen (CMYUK) them as our buddies in the industry. They've recommended products, given us advice on the right materials, and they're very competitive. However, through the Lockdown period the relationship became an imperative.
(During Lockdown) CMYUK saved our bacon, that’s the truth of it. If they hadn’t had the foresight to order in the amounts that they did, we wouldn’t have been able to go ahead and do what we did. Dave McDonald

I trust Sue (Hayward). There's nothing she would say to me that was an untruth or sales speak. Everything she has told me has been factually correct.”
Nick Reed gives the best demos. I’ve had four separate demos on different machines (automated cutting tables) and he is easily by leaps and bounds, the best technical demonstrator that I’ve seen out there. Steve Tindall

It (the training) was really fantastic. Geoff Powell, the engineer who came in over 3 days was really brilliant. We’ve not had any initial issues – it has all flowed very seamlessly.” Nathan Swinson-Bullough

We have known Robin and Jon for a long time. There is a history of trust going back well before the start of CMYUK. When things go wrong, which they occasionally do, CMYUK has always helped us to find a reasonable resolution to any problem. Quick to correct any shipping errors, helpful with technical issues, and it’s always beneficial to be informed of new products as they arrive to market. Matt Tydeman

The knowledge base at CMYUK is very helpful. Sometimes we don't have the answers to the problems put to us by our clients - there are times when we are faced with something that is a little bit obscure that we haven’t worked with before, we can talk to CMYUK and there’s always some examples of where and how a material has been applied, and how you can apply it. CMYUK has an excellent reputation. Its Shrewsbury showroom is very impressive and it was nice to have everything under one roof – I’ve never been to anything similar on the wide-format side. Everyone was friendly and helpful – there certainly is a lot of knowledge in that building Case Studies
